Is there a trial period?

Yes. We offer a 1 month free trial while you evaluate the fit of TrustPlace for your operations.

Is there a contract? How do you bill?
  • There is no contract. We have a monthly subscription billing plan and you can cancel and securely delete your account (and data) whenever you wish.
  • We use Stripe to bill via a secure debit or credit card payment, and we do not store your credit card information anywhere on our servers.
Is my data secure?

Yes. We understand that you have sensitive operational data on our platform and we absolutely take that very seriously. We have architected and deployed our solution using both SOC2 and HIPAA requirements for the following areas:

How do we implement TrustPlace and how long will it take?

  • TrustPlace is very easy to get up and running. It can take less than a day to get started and operational. Long term, you can add new use cases, locations, and users to the system as you get comfortable with the system.
  • Although we have fantastic information in our online Knowledge Base, our Customer Success team is in place to lean in and guide you through the process through online meetings or phone calls.
  • We developed an implementation methodology called TrustPlace Ignite to help you identify and implement all the areas in your operation where there is value in digitization.
  • We also can help you convert data, assist with training, help print QR code labels, and integrate TrustPlace with your other enterprise systems.
How does TrustPlace support its users long term?
  • We have a Support Chat as well as a way to submit support requests into our support system. We typically respond to requests within the hour, and staff our Support Center 9-5pm CT on weekdays. Also, customers can submit support requests via e-mail at support@trustplace.app.
  • We have an online Knowledge Base with articles to help you set up and use TrustPlace.
  • As operations enthusiasts, we post articles about best practices in operations & how to apply those in our software.
  • We are continually updating our software with new features. We will provide you with notice on these new features and share with you the planned updates in our development roadmap.
What are the different user permissions?

We have five security levels of users, based on their permissions and access to the system:

  • System Administrator (Billing). Access to all functions including settings and granting permissions to other users. Manages the Billing function in the account.
  • System Administrator. Access to all functions including settings and granting permissions to other users.
  • Program Administrator. Access to manage Reference Cards and Procedures as well as Tasks.
  • Manager. Access to change/assign Tasks.
  • User. Access to view and complete Tasks, and can view Reference Cards.
Can we use TrustPlace to manage across our locations?

Yes. TrustPlace from the ground-up was designed as an enterprise-scale system to support organizations with multiple locations (Properties) while simultaneously retaining the ability to share certain data across the entire organization.

How do you access TrustPlace? Is there software to install and/or a mobile app?
  • TrustPlace is offered as a web application which also is designed to work on tablets as an app. It can run on any computer with a browser. For web or tablet, there is no software to install.
  • For smartphone access, we offer a downloadable app for both iOS and Android phones. The app is called the TrustPlace Mobile Companion, and it offers users the ability to complete Tasks, create Events, and full access to the organization’s Reference Card library.
