This set of analytics is based on two TrustPlace Workflows: a monthly audit, and a corresponding Corrective Action workflow if an audit item failed.

There is a mix of high level KPIs along with more detailed analyses by different dimensions, and then an analysis on the corrective actions. Both audit results and corrective action research/resolution data help to tell the story of how well the organization is in compliance, as well as what is being done to fix the problems.
